What documents are required to open an account?
  1. The original of your passport or other identification document.
  2. The original of your identification number or the relevant passport of the State Tax Service in your passport.

Can I open an account in a foreign currency?

Yes. We invite you to use the services of a bank for opening and servicing current accounts - in national and foreign currencies (US dollars, Euros and British Pounds Sterling).

How can one control account status?

Controlling account status is most convenient with the Internet banking Raiffeisen Online for private individuals access to which is provided free of charge.

When you open a current account, it is automatically connected to the text messaging service (SMS or Push) for the Financial number regarding the account transactions.

The text messaging service is provided free of charge for all the transactions with the current accounts.

Customer’s right to withdraw from a banking service agreement

The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Application and initiate the closing of the Account on condition of complete repayment of the debt to the Bank, including the Loan and interest for the use of the Loan (if granted), and on condition that the funds placed on the Account are not frozen, or financial transactions under such Account are not suspended according to the law on financial monitoring. For this purpose, the Customer shall file an application (notice) in the Bank’s branch, and via the Call Center of Raiffeisen Online System if balance of funds on the Account is not available.

How do I close my account?

It is possible to close the account by calling the Bank's Information Center (0 800 500 500) or by making a request to the Raiffeisen Online chat. Details.
